November Reading Wrap Up

December 2, 2016 by Betty

Guys, the months literally fly by. How is it even possible that November is already over? We are one month away from 2017. It is seriously crazy. Anyway, November was a pretty good month for me in terms of reading. I am so close to reaching my Goodreads Reading Challenge! I have to read 4 books to complete it and I know I will so that is pretty great. Without further ado, here are the books I was able to finish in November!

  1. Our Hearts Will Burn Us Down by Anne Valente –  1.5 Stars
  2. Succubus On Top by Richelle Mead – 3 Stars
  3. Succubus Revealed by Richelle Mead – 3.5 Stars
  4. Magic Binds by Ilona Andrews – 5 Stars
  5. Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo – 5 Stars
  6. Kissing in the Dark by Wendy Lindstrom – 4 Stars
  7. Holding Out by Lila Rose – 3 Stars

November was a great month in terms of books read, the quality however varied a lot. There were two 5 star books, one 1.5 stars, and a few in between. I FINALLY got around to reading Crooked Kingdom and Magic Binds (my two 5 star reads which I totally recommend) and they were both phenomenal. I was not too sure where either book would lead and I was wonderfully pleased with how their stories were executed. Leigh Bardugo and Ilona Andrews both slay in the writing department. Queens of their art, two of my all time favorite authors. I love all of their books and you should all go read them!

On another note, I have been trying out different layouts for my reading wrap ups. I would love to know what you guys think of them. Which do you prefer? Is there something else I have not tried that you think would appeal to you more? Please let me know.

  1. Leigh Bardugo is SO AMAZING! I’m so glad that you enjoyed Crooked Kingdom. I’m hoping the Wonder Woman book will be just as good. Fingers crossed!
